Hi everyone,

Fancy a little autumn Yoga? Me too! Come join me at the Forge over two Sunday mornings in May for asana, pranayama (breathing), relaxation and meditation and some Yoga story telling.

My Sankalpa (intention)  for these workshops is to provide some time and space to pause and reflect, consider our own Yoga journeys and the joys (and frustrations) of embodiment.

With the extra time on our hands we can go deeper into poses, learning more about movement and form, refining and discovering where we can modify and customise the Yoga to be perfect for us and the season.

(I'm also keen to use all of the props all at once... a Yoga teaching career goal of mine for some time now... So it will either be restorative or Yoga prop fort building... I haven't decided yet ;) ) 


These workshops are suitable for folks who have been coming to my classes as well as those new to me and Yoga.

Because these workshops will be my final offering for 2016 in Castlemaine it would be so wonderful to see you there! And please invite your people: let's fill the studio!
