YOGA for men
This men’s-only class is for blokes looking to strengthen, stretch and feel more relaxed. Classes are physical and suitable for beginners to advanced and a perfect place to focus on the practice in the company of other men. This is work hard, rest deep Yoga.

“I’m in the class!! And have been doing Yoga off and on for 15+ years. Most of which has been with Amy McDonald. While this was a beginners class, I’m still getting a lot out of it.
Back to Basics is a great lesson in life. There is so much to learn in this space alone.
Thanks heaps for putting on the course - it feels great not to be the token male for once.

Frequently Asked Questions:
Do I need to wear ‘yoga clothes’?
Nope. No lycra or leggings required. You’ll just need to bring a Yoga mat (and Kmart mats rock).
Can I pay per class?
Nope. Because of limited room only full ten-week passes are available.
What if there is another lockdown?
I’ll refund any classes (at $20 per class) for any government-required, covid-related cancelations at the dend of term
