I've developed the Selfcare Starter Kit over years of training, intuiting, dedicated client work and my own personal practice.


In a past chapter of my life, depression, anxiety and chronic irritable bowel syndrome was my reality. Things got so bad at one point that I never went out with my friends for fear of getting sick and embarrassing myself. It was a really dark and depressing time for me.

As well as my physical symptoms, I was also going through some big emotional turbulence. Almost everything was hard and felt overwhelming. And I wasn't showing up as the friend, sister and employee I knew I was.
